Overview
Access to and use of the Ready.cards platform is strictly limited to eligible users who comply with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions regimes, and Ready.cards’ internal compliance and risk policies.
Ready.cards operates a compliance-first platform and reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time to ensure legal, regulatory, and operational integrity.
Account Eligibility
To access Ready.cards, a user must:
Be at least the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction
Have full legal capacity to enter binding agreements
Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws
Not be located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a restricted jurisdiction
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Ready.cards does not permit use of the platform where prohibited by law.
Jurisdictional Restrictions
Ready.cards strictly prohibits access by individuals or entities located in, resident in, or subject to jurisdictions that are:
Subject to comprehensive sanctions
Designated as high-risk or restricted by applicable regulatory authorities
Prohibited under U.S., Canadian, EU, UK, or UN sanctions regimes
This includes, without limitation, jurisdictions designated by:
The U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
The United Nations Security Council
The European Union
The United Kingdom HM Treasury
Ready.cards may update restricted jurisdictions at any time without notice.
United States Users
Users who are U.S. citizens, U.S. residents, or otherwise subject to U.S. jurisdiction must comply with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to:
Securities laws
Anti-money laundering laws
Tax reporting obligations
Consumer protection laws
Ready.cards does not represent that its services are suitable or lawful for use in all U.S. jurisdictions. Access may be restricted or denied to U.S. persons at Ready.cards’ sole discretion.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Ready.cards requires identity verification for account access, transactions, redemptions, and other activities as determined by internal compliance policies.
Verification may include:
Government-issued identification
Biometric verification
Proof of address
Source-of-funds or source-of-wealth inquiries
Ready.cards may use third-party verification providers and may require re-verification at any time.
Failure to complete or maintain verification will result in restricted or terminated access.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program
Ready.cards maintains an Anti-Money Laundering program designed to comply with applicable laws and industry standards.
This includes:
Ongoing transaction monitoring
Risk-based customer due diligence
Enhanced due diligence where required
Reporting of suspicious activity to relevant authorities
Ready.cards reserves the right to:
Freeze accounts or assets
Delay or block transactions
Request additional information
Report activity without notice to the user
Sanctions & Prohibited Persons
Ready.cards strictly prohibits use of the platform by:
Sanctioned individuals or entities
Politically exposed persons where risk is deemed unacceptable
Individuals or entities acting on behalf of sanctioned parties
Persons engaged in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
Users represent and warrant that they are not subject to sanctions and will immediately notify Ready.cards if their status changes.
Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
Circumvent geographic or identity restrictions
Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to conceal location or identity
Engage in fraud, manipulation, or abuse of platform features
Use the platform for money laundering, tax evasion, or illegal activity
Any attempt to bypass controls constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
Monitoring & Enforcement
Ready.cards actively monitors accounts and activity for compliance and risk.
Ready.cards may:
Investigate any account or transaction
Suspend or terminate access without notice
Freeze assets pending investigation
Cooperate with law enforcement or regulators
Users waive any right to challenge or seek damages for actions taken in good-faith compliance with legal obligations.
Account Suspension & Termination
Ready.cards may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without notice, where required to:
Comply with law or regulation
Enforce platform policies
Mitigate risk
Protect platform integrity
Termination may result in loss of access to platform features and forfeiture of certain rights, subject to applicable law.
No Obligation to Provide Service
Ready.cards has no obligation to provide services to any user.
Nothing in these policies creates a right to access, continue using, or redeem assets through the platform.
