Fees & Platform Economics
Overview
Ready.cards charges fees for access to platform services and features. Fees are assessed for services rendered and do not represent investments, deposits, or participation in profit-generating activities.
All fees are subject to change at Ready.cards’ discretion and are governed by the applicable Terms of Service and related policies.
Types of Fees
Ready.cards may charge fees for certain services, which may include, without limitation:
Platform access or usage fees
Pack or digital experience fees
Redemption, handling, or shipping fees
Storage or extended custody fees
Transaction or processing fees
Applicable fees, if any, will be disclosed to users prior to confirmation of a transaction.
Non-Refundable Fees
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all fees paid to Ready.cards are non-refundable, including fees paid for digital experiences, platform access, or processing services.
Fees are assessed for services rendered regardless of outcome, availability, or user satisfaction.
Fee Changes
Ready.cards reserves the right to modify, introduce, or discontinue fees at any time. Fee changes may apply prospectively or, where permitted by law, immediately.
Continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the updated fee structure.
No Financial Guarantees or Returns
Ready.cards does not guarantee:
Financial returns
Asset appreciation
Liquidity
Profit-sharing
Yield or income
Users acknowledge that any fees paid are for platform access and services only, and do not create any entitlement to future financial benefit.
No Fiduciary or Advisory Role
Ready.cards does not act as a fiduciary, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial intermediary.
Nothing on the platform should be construed as financial, tax, or investment advice.
Taxes
Users are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes arising from their use of the platform, including but not limited to sales tax, use tax, value-added tax, income tax, or capital gains tax.
Ready.cards does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding tax treatment.
Platform Discretion
Ready.cards may suspend, delay, or cancel transactions where required for:
Compliance with laws or regulations
Fraud prevention
Risk management
Technical or operational reasons
Ready.cards shall not be liable for any losses arising from such actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
