Overview
Ready.cards may allow eligible users to request redemption of certain physical collectibles associated with their Ready.cards account. Redemption is subject to compliance review, identity verification, payment of applicable fees, and satisfaction of all platform requirements.
Ready.cards does not guarantee redemption availability, timelines, or outcomes, and reserves the right to suspend or deny redemption requests in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal risk policies.
Eligibility for Redemption
To be eligible for redemption, users must:
Hold a verified Ready.cards account in good standing
Complete all required identity and compliance checks
Pay all applicable fees, including redemption, handling, shipping, taxes, and duties
Comply with all platform policies and agreements
Ready.cards may impose additional eligibility requirements at any time, including minimum holding periods, transaction limits, or geographic restrictions.
Compliance Review
All redemption requests are subject to review for compliance with:
Anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions screening
Fraud prevention and risk management policies
Ready.cards may delay, suspend, or deny redemption where required to comply with legal obligations or internal controls, without liability to the user.
Redemption Process
Upon approval of a redemption request:
The collectible will be prepared for release from vault storage
Logistics and shipping arrangements will be coordinated through Ready.cards or approved third-party providers
The asset will be shipped to the address provided by the user, subject to verification
Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to operational, compliance, or third-party factors.
Shipping & Delivery
Physical collectibles are shipped using third-party carriers. Ready.cards does not operate as a carrier and is not responsible for carrier performance.
Unless otherwise required by law:
Risk of loss transfers to the user upon delivery to the carrier
Delivery times are not guaranteed
Signature requirements may apply
Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ready.cards is not liable for loss or delay caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Users are solely responsible for:
Import and export compliance
Customs declarations
Taxes, duties, tariffs, or fees imposed by any governmental authority
Ready.cards does not provide customs, tax, or legal advice and is not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional costs arising from customs or regulatory actions.
Failed or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:
Failed delivery attempts
Refusal by the recipient
Customs rejection
Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
Ready.cards may, at its discretion:
Return the asset to vault storage
Charge additional handling or storage fees
Require a new redemption request
Unclaimed or Abandoned Assets
If a user fails to redeem or claim a collectible within applicable timeframes, or fails to respond to required communications, the asset may be deemed unclaimed or abandoned.
In such cases, Ready.cards may:
Continue storage subject to additional fees
Liquidate the asset to recover costs
Dispose of the asset in accordance with applicable law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users waive any claims arising from actions taken in connection with unclaimed or abandoned assets.
No Guarantees
Ready.cards does not guarantee:
Redemption availability
Processing timelines
Shipping speed
Successful delivery
Redemption services are provided on an “as available” basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Platform Discretion
Ready.cards retains sole discretion to:
Limit or deny redemption requests
Modify redemption procedures
Impose geographic or asset-specific restrictions
Nothing in this section creates an obligation for Ready.cards to process any particular redemption request.
