This Pack & Digital Experience Disclosures document (“Disclosures”) governs all digital packs, randomized experiences, platform mechanics, and related features offered by Ready Cards Inc. (“Ready.cards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Ready.cards platform (the “Platform”).
These Disclosures form part of, and are incorporated into, the Terms of Service and other applicable agreements. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service control.
1. Purpose of Digital Experiences
Digital packs and related platform experiences are provided solely for entertainment, engagement, and platform utility purposes.
They are not:
Gambling products
Wagering instruments
Lotteries
Games offering monetary prizes
Financial products or investments
Participation is voluntary and does not create any expectation of profit, appreciation, or economic gain.
2. No Consideration for Chance-Based Gain
Any fees paid in connection with digital packs or experiences are paid solely for access to platform services and digital interaction, not for the chance to receive something of value.
Users acknowledge that:

No consideration is paid in exchange for a chance-based financial outcome

They reflect statistical probabilities, not guarantees
They may change at any time
They do not correlate to market value
Rarity, tiering, or designation does not imply worth, resale value, or desirability.
5. No Cash Equivalents or Monetary Rewards
Digital packs and experiences do not:
Award cash
Award cash equivalents
Guarantee resale value
Guarantee liquidity
Any interaction with physical collectibles is governed by separate custody and redemption agreements and is not part of the digital experience itself.
6. No Skill-Based Claims
Ready.cards does not represent or imply that:
Outcomes are skill-based
User decisions influence results
Participation improves odds
No digital experience offered on the Platform constitutes a game of skill.
7. No Investment or Financial Purpose
Digital packs and platform experiences are not designed, marketed, or offered as investments.
Users acknowledge that:
There is no expectation of profit
Past outcomes do not predict future outcomes
Participation is not a substitute for financial products
8. Platform Modification & Discontinuation
Ready.cards reserves the absolute right to:
Modify or discontinue any digital experience
Change mechanics, odds, or eligibility
Limit participation
Suspend or terminate access
Ready.cards shall not be liable for any losses arising from changes or discontinuation.
9. Consumer Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
Understanding these Disclosures
Determining whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction
Ensuring compliance with local consumer protection and gaming laws
Ready.cards does not represent that digital experiences are lawful in all jurisdictions.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
Attempt to exploit or manipulate mechanics
Circumvent controls

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action.
11. Regulatory Cooperation
