This Consolidated Risk Disclosures document (“Disclosures”) summarizes material risks associated with access to and use of the Ready.cards platform, including custody of physical collectibles, participation in digital platform features, and interaction with the Ready.cards native token ($READY).
These Disclosures do not describe all risks. Users should not use the Platform unless they fully understand and accept these risks.
1. No Guarantees of Any Kind
Ready.cards provides all services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Ready.cards makes no guarantees regarding:
Asset value
Liquidity
Redemption availability
Platform uptime
Regulatory treatment
Token utility or availability
Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
2. Risk of Total Loss
Users acknowledge and accept that they may lose:
Money
Assets
Access to the Platform
Access to digital features
Access to tokens
Ready.cards does not insure users against losses beyond what is expressly stated in applicable agreements.
3. Collectibles Market Risk
Physical collectibles are inherently speculative and subject to:
Extreme price volatility
Illiquidity
Subjective valuation
Shifts in collector demand
Fraud or counterfeiting in the broader market
Past prices, sales, or trends are not indicative of future results.
4. Custody, Storage & Physical Risk
Despite reasonable care:
Assets may be lost, damaged, destroyed, seized, or confiscated
Insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable
Claims may be denied or capped
Users may not recover market value, replacement value, or sentimental value.
5. Platform & Technology Risk
The Platform may experience:
Downtime
Bugs or errors
Cybersecurity incidents
Data loss
Third-party service failures
Ready.cards does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure operation.
6. Regulatory & Legal Risk
Regulatory frameworks governing collectibles, digital platforms, tokens, and custody services are evolving and uncertain.
Changes in law may:
Prohibit platform features
Restrict or eliminate token utility
Require suspension or termination of services
Result in enforcement action
Ready.cards may modify or discontinue services without notice.
7. Jurisdictional & Compliance Risk
Access to the Platform is restricted based on jurisdiction.
Users may:
Be denied access
Have accounts frozen
Be prohibited from redemption or token use
This includes U.S. persons, sanctioned individuals, and users in restricted jurisdictions.
8. No Investment or Financial Product
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
An investment
A security
A financial instrument
An offer or solicitation
Ready.cards does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
9. Token-Specific Risk ($READY)
The $READY token is high-risk and experimental.
Users acknowledge that:
$READY may lose all value
$READY may have no liquidity
$READY may be discontinued
$READY may never have utility
$READY is not offered to U.S. persons or restricted jurisdictions. Acquisition or use may be unlawful in some regions.
10. No Expectation of Profit — TOKEN
Users must not acquire or use $READY with any expectation of:
Price appreciation
Income
Profit
Governance rights
Any such expectation is unreasonable and disclaimed.
11. Enforcement & Account Risk
Ready.cards may, at any time:
Freeze accounts or assets
Restrict access
Disable features
Terminate accounts
Users waive claims arising from enforcement actions taken in good-faith compliance with law or risk policy.
12. Counterparty & Third-Party Risk
Ready.cards relies on third-party providers for:
Custody
Insurance
Payments
Identity verification
Logistics
Failures or misconduct by third parties may result in loss or disruption.
13. Tax Risk
Users are solely responsible for:
Tax reporting
Compliance
Payment of any taxes
Ready.cards provides no tax advice and assumes no tax liability.
14. Force Majeure
Events beyond Ready.cards’ control may prevent or delay performance, including:
Natural disasters
Government action
War or terrorism
Infrastructure failure
Ready.cards is not liable for losses arising from such events.
15. No Reliance
Users acknowledge that:
They are not relying on statements regarding value, profit, or future utility
They have conducted independent evaluation
They assume full responsibility for participation
16. Acknowledgement of Risk
By using the Platform, users acknowledge that:
They understand these risks
They accept the possibility of loss
They waive claims arising from disclosed risks
