Packs, Pools & Digital Mechanics
Overview
Ready.cards offers digital platform features that allow users to interact with vaulted collectibles through structured, platform-specific mechanics. These features are designed for engagement and utility within the Ready.cards ecosystem and do not constitute gambling, wagering, financial products, or investment services.
Participation in any digital experience on Ready.cards is voluntary and subject to the Terms of Service, Pack & Digital Experience Disclosures, and applicable risk disclosures.
What Are Ready Packs?
“Ready Packs” are digital experiences that may provide users with the opportunity to receive platform-designated outcomes associated with collectible cards held within the Ready.cards ecosystem.
Ready Packs:
Are digital-only experiences
Do not guarantee receipt of any specific collectible
Do not guarantee value, rarity, or market price
Are not lottery tickets, gambling products, or wagering instruments
Ready Packs are intended solely for entertainment and engagement within the platform. Any associated physical asset outcomes are subject to availability, eligibility, compliance review, and the applicable custody and redemption policies.
Randomization & Outcomes
Some Ready Pack experiences may involve randomized outcomes. Users acknowledge and agree that:
Outcomes are determined through platform-defined randomization processes
No outcome is guaranteed
The presence of randomization does not imply gambling or wagering
Users do not risk money for the chance of financial gain
Ready.cards does not represent that participation in any digital experience will result in receiving a collectible of equal or greater value than any fees paid.
Card Liquidity Pools (CLPs)
Card Liquidity Pools (“CLPs”) are internal platform mechanisms that group eligible collectibles for the purpose of facilitating certain digital experiences and platform interactions.
CLPs:
Are not investment vehicles
Do not offer yield, returns, or profit-sharing
Do not create ownership interests in pooled assets
Do not guarantee liquidity or redemption timing
Participation in a CLP does not entitle a user to financial returns, appreciation, or guaranteed access to specific assets.
Odds, Rarity & Distribution Disclosures
Where odds, rarity tiers, or distribution information is displayed, such information is provided for informational purposes only.
Users acknowledge that:
Odds reflect probabilities, not guarantees
Rarity does not equate to market value
Displayed information may change over time
Past outcomes do not predict future outcomes
Ready.cards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any digital experience, odds presentation, or distribution methodology at any time.
No Expectation of Profit
Ready.cards does not promote, encourage, or support participation in platform features for the purpose of financial gain.
Users expressly acknowledge that:
Ready Packs and CLPs are not investments
Participation does not create an expectation of profit
Fees paid are for platform access and experience, not asset appreciation
Any secondary value associated with collectibles is incidental and determined by external market forces beyond Ready.cards’ control.
Platform-Based Transfers & Restrictions
Any transfers, interactions, or movements of digital representations of collectibles are restricted to the Ready.cards platform and subject to platform rules.
Ready.cards may:
Restrict transfers
Impose holding periods
Suspend or reverse transactions
Freeze assets for compliance or risk reasons
All actions are subject to identity verification, sanctions screening, and internal risk controls.
Compliance & Monitoring
Ready.cards actively monitors platform activity to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
The platform reserves the right to:
Investigate suspicious or abusive behavior
Suspend participation in digital experiences
Report activity to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required
Users engaging in attempts to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent platform mechanics may have their accounts restricted or terminated.
No Gambling, Wagering, or Chance-Based Contract
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready.cards expressly disclaims that any digital experience offered on the platform constitutes:
Gambling
Wagering
Betting
Lottery activity
Games of chance offering monetary rewards
Fees paid to Ready.cards are for access to platform services and digital experiences only.
Platform Discretion
Ready.cards retains sole and absolute discretion over:
The structure of digital experiences
Eligibility requirements
Outcome mechanics
Availability and continuation of features
Nothing in this section creates any obligation on Ready.cards to maintain, continue, or offer any specific experience or feature.
