This Risk Disclosures document (“Disclosures”) describes material risks associated with use of the Ready.cards platform, participation in platform features, custody of collectibles, and interaction with the Ready.cards native token (“$READY”).
These Disclosures form part of, and are incorporated into, the Terms of Service and related agreements. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these risks.
1. General Risk Acknowledgement
Use of the Ready.cards platform involves material risks, including the potential loss of money, assets, or access to services.
Ready.cards does not guarantee:
Asset value
Liquidity
Platform availability
Regulatory continuity
Redemption outcomes
Users participate at their own risk.
2. Collectibles Market Risk
Collectible assets are inherently risky and subject to:
Illiquidity
Subjective valuation
Market volatility
Shifts in collector demand
Damage, loss, or deterioration
Past prices or trends do not predict future value.
3. Platform & Technology Risk
The Platform may be subject to:
Downtime or outages
Cybersecurity incidents
Software bugs or errors
Third-party service failures
Ready.cards does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4. Regulatory & Legal Risk
Laws and regulations applicable to collectibles, digital platforms, tokens, and related services may change at any time.
Such changes may:
Restrict or prohibit platform features
Require suspension or termination of services
Affect the legality of token use
Result in forced modifications or shutdowns
Ready.cards makes no representation regarding future regulatory treatment.
5. Custody & Redemption Risk
Custody and redemption of physical collectibles involve:
Third-party reliance
Logistics delays
Customs or governmental intervention
Compliance holds
Redemption is not guaranteed and may be restricted or denied.
6. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Users are solely responsible for:
Assessing risks
Determining legality
Consulting professional advisors

7. Nature of the $READY Token
The $READY token is a platform utility token intended solely for use within the Ready.cards ecosystem, subject to availability and platform rules.
$READY is not:
An investment
A security
A share, equity interest, or ownership right
A promise of profit or appreciation
Ready.cards makes no representations regarding the value, price, or future utility of $READY.
8. No Expectation of Profit
Users must not acquire or use $READY with any expectation of profit, price increase, or economic return.
You expressly acknowledge that:
$READY may lose value
$READY may have no secondary market
$READY may become unusable
$READY may be discontinued entirely
Any acquisition of $READY is at your sole risk.
9. Jurisdictional Restrictions — TOKEN
$READY is not offered to, and may not be acquired or used by:
U.S. citizens
U.S. residents
U.S. persons (as defined under U.S. law)
Persons located in or subject to restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions
Any attempt to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions is grounds for immediate enforcement action, including account termination and forfeiture of access.
10. No Marketing or Recommendation
Ready.cards does not:
Recommend purchasing $READY
Promote $READY as an investment
Provide price predictions or market commentary
Any external statements, speculation, or third-party commentary are not authorized by Ready.cards.
11. Token Volatility & Liquidity Risk
$READY may experience:
Extreme price volatility
Low or no liquidity
Market manipulation
Sudden loss of utility
Ready.cards does not guarantee that $READY can be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
12. Token Utility May Change or End
The utility, features, or availability of $READY may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
Ready.cards is under no obligation to:
Maintain token functionality
Support secondary markets
Provide upgrades or replacements
Users assume all risk associated with changes to token utility.
13. No Fiduciary or Ongoing Obligation
Holding or using $READY does not create:
A fiduciary relationship
A partnership or joint venture
Any right to profits, revenue, or governance
Ready.cards owes no duty to token holders beyond what is expressly stated.
14. Tax & Reporting Risk
Token usage may have tax implications depending on jurisdiction.
Users are solely responsible for:
Tax reporting
Compliance with local laws
Any liabilities arising from token use
Ready.cards provides no tax guidance.
15. Enforcement & Compliance Holds
Ready.cards may:
Freeze or disable token-related activity
Restrict access
Burn, invalidate, or render tokens unusable
Comply with regulatory or legal directives
Users waive any claims arising from such actions.
16. User Acknowledgement
By accessing the Platform or interacting with $READY, you acknowledge that:
You understand the risks described herein
You are not relying on any representation of profit
You are legally permitted to participate
You assume full responsibility for your actions
